Klahowya Project Makes a Splash at Si’em Lelum Market!
We’re thrilled to share the exciting news about the Klahowya project’s first public event! Despite a very rainy day in Cowichan, our team braved the weather and headed to the Si’em Lelum Market to introduce ourselves and our mission to the community.
A Sneak Peek at the Future of Zero Emissions
We brought along a special guest – our brand new truck! While it was a “pre-launch” appearance (we’re still waiting for the full design and logos to be applied), it gave attendees a fantastic opportunity to see the vehicle up close and get a feel for what the Klahowya project is all about. It sparked a lot of great conversations about zero-emission vehicles and their potential impact on our environment.
Giving Back to the Community
As a token of our appreciation for the opportunity to be there, we were honoured to present an honourarium to the market organizer. Supporting local events and the people who make them happen is important to us, and we were glad to contribute to the vibrant atmosphere of the Si’em Lelum Market.

The best part of the day was connecting with visitors to the market. We had many engaging conversations about the benefits of zero-emission vehicles and answered questions about the Klahowya project.
